We work with Black and Brown youth from at-risk and system-impacted communities especially those navigating trauma, poverty, school disruption, or juvenile justice involvement.
We meet them with care, consistency, and powerful opportunities to grow, lead, and succeed.

How it works
We accept referrals from:

Parents or caregivers
-
Schools or counselors
-
Community-based organizations
-
Behavioral health providers
-
Court-appointed mentors or probation officers
-
Once referred, youth receive:
-
A welcome session with our team
-
Assignment to a peer mentor or coach
-
Immediate access to meals, hygiene support, and emotional care
-
Enrollment in leadership, wellness, entrepreneurship, and recovery support tracks
Who we serve
Youth ages 13 to 21 who:

Identify as Black, Brown, or system-impacted
-
May be justice-involved, at risk of school dropout, or facing housing instability
-
Live in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, or nearby areas
-
Are ready to engage in a safe, culturally rooted program that supports healing and growth

What Youth Receive

Daily hot meals and weekend food packages

Grooming care to restore dignity and support school attendance
-
Access to therapy and substance use education and counseling
-
Leadership circles and life skill workshops
-
Peer mentorship from youth and adults with lived experience
-
Workforce development including job prep and financial literacy

Entrepreneurship training with a custom business plan and implementation support
-
Guest speakers and role models who reflect their identity, experience, and excellence
-
Opportunities to return as peer mentors after graduation
