About Us.
ThriveForward is a Black woman-led, trauma-informed youth development initiative that empowers at-risk youth from system-impacted, justice-involved, and at-risk communities.

We blend leadership training, life skills, mental wellness, nourishment, grooming support, and mentorship to help young people not only heal but lead. Rooted in lived experience and backed by over 100 years of combined professional expertise, we are building the culturally grounded programs that have always been missing.
Mission Statement
To empower system-impacted youth including those affected by the juvenile justice system, housing instability, and educational disruption through culturally grounded leadership development, life skills, wellness supports, and mentorship rooted in healing, purpose, and possibility.

Vision
A world where Black and Brown youth especially those who are justice-involved, at risk, or system-impacted thrive emotionally, economically, and socially, shaping the very systems that once excluded them.
“We serve the youth most often overlooked, those navigating justice systems, poverty, and trauma. ThriveForward isn’t just a program. It’s a pathway to healing and leadership.”
