The Impact We’re Building
ThriveForward is a newly launched, Black woman-led initiative rooted in deep expertise, lived experience, and cultural power. Our leadership team brings over 100 years of combined experience in youth development, behavioral health, and systems transformation.

We are building a healing-centered, dignity-first program for Black and Brown youth especially those who are justice-involved, at risk, or navigating systems of poverty, trauma, and exclusion.
Why Our Model Works
We don’t wait for youth to fail before we show up. We surround them with real resources, consistent nourishment, and culturally grounded mentorship from day one.

Our model combines:
-
Daily meals and weekend food packages to remove hunger-related barriers
-
Grooming support to help youth show up to school and life with confidence
-
Therapy and substance use education to support emotional and behavioral wellness
-
Leadership training and peer mentorship to shift mindset and build self-worth
-
Entrepreneurship and workforce preparation to build real futures, not just survival plans
-
When youth are nourished, supported, and affirmed, they don’t just improve they lead.
